Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Mao Tengfei led the investigation group to inspect the mineral industry and wind power development of Linwu County. During the trip, Mao emphasized that local governments should seize the chance to accelerate the project construction by carrying out the investment attraction and the project approval working.

In recent years, guided by the working concept of “cracking down illegal behaviors, integrating, processing, listing”, Linwu municipal party committee and government has strongly pushed forward the healthy and continuous development of mineral industry. Now, 19 certified mines in the 36th Bay Xianghualing mining zone are integrated to be 2 mines. Meanwhile, the government introduced some strategic investors to improve the fined processing by enhancing the development of scaled industries on tin, manganese, etc. Furthermore, splendid achievements were made on the development of wind power resources utilization in Linwu County. Such as Luhejin wind power project with installed capacity of 48,000KW and investment capital of 450 million yuan has been put into operation, and other two projects like Sanshiliuwan project with installed capacity of 99,000KW and investment capital 1 billion yuan and Lanqiao project with 150,000KW and investment capital of 1.3 billion yuan are under construction.

Mao Tengfei and his group inspected the 36th Bay Xianghualing mineral zone for its mineral resources integration and heavy mineral pollution regulation project. After that they came to Xiangdian new resources wind power project site to check construction situation on site.

Mao highly affirmed the excellent work done by Linwu County and appraised its vigorous determination to carry out the development way with safe production, scaled mine exploit and transformation.

Considering the further development of mineral economy, Linwu County should seize the chance to accelerate the project construction by selecting some projects to attract more investment and pass approval, which was emphasized by Mao Tengfei on the trip. He also said, benefiting from the traffic situation improvement and industrial undertaking transfer, Linwu County should make good planning of industrial park construction, extend the development space and enhance the undertaking industry transfer. Meanwhile, municipal subordinate departments should intensify the support on Linwu industrial park construction. Furthermore, lead, zinc, tin, coal, and other superior mineral resources fine processing should be boosted like wind power and Linwu duck to be strong, branded, and effective.
