It was learned from Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission that from this January to September, all 65 projects of Chenzhou industrial battle were handled out well. 13.13billion yuan has been finished for the projects, covering 78.1% of the task.

In the beginning of 2014, in order to accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading, increase industrial investment by promoting industrial projects construction and promote a new upsurge of industrial projects construction, Chenzhou city decided to keep carrying the battle of industrial projects construction. According to the annual plan, the number of projects with over 100million yuan annual investment plan was 65, the total annual investment was 17billion yuan, and the rate of finished projects and part-finished projects was over 40%.

In the first 9 months, the overall development condition was sound for the industrial battle. Linwu Wind Power project, Fuji (Chenzhou) Ecological Industrial Park and LED industrial cluster of High-tech Industrial Zone, Guohua Chenzhou Power Plant, and other projects were well improved. But some projects which suffered from lacking of lands, capitals and relative procedures were promoted very slowly. Guidong Hankou Wind Power project was promoted slowly due to lack of lands and hard settlement of procedures; Mingda Carbon Plant’s further work could not be promoted for its land utilization has not approved till now; International Enterprises Incubation Base(first phase) of High-tech Industrial Zone was badly affected by its land usage has not confirmed yet.
