It was reported that the press conference for the 2nd South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair was held in Changsha city on Nov. 12, 2014.

The 2nd South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair would be held from this Nov. 21-23 in Chenzhou city. Compared with the first trade fair, this time more abundant contents would be covered into it, the conference mechanism would be more flexible and the attendants would be with higher level that over 20 transnational corporations and the Fortune 500 enterprises would join in it. 94 new style industries exhibition stands, 128 inter-provincial special products stands, and 24 special stands would be set there.

Economic fair, three-in-one

Followed the spirit of economy and integration of different resources, the launching ceremony for this trade fair, promotion of South Hunan demonstration area construction, and the 3rd key projects would be held together, which was short for “three-in-one”.

Focused with the theme of “green undertaking, cluster development”, the principal of “creating brand, marketing operation, practicing economy”, and key points of exhibition, purchase and sale, and joint projects negotiation, the fair would carry out different activities as investment trade exhibition, opening ceremony, introduction and promotion of the investment condition of south Hunan undertaking industrial transfer demonstration zone, and etc.

It was introduced on the press conference that 105 projects covered with 84.8billion yuan investments have been approved by Hunan project. Each project was with over 100million yuan investment. Furthermore, 116 projects covered with about 80billion yuan investment were planned to be operated collectively.

Flexible fair, rich contents

Enterprises and professional institutions of investment attraction were encouraged to take part in the preparation work of this fair. Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. was authorized to carry the planning, organization and implementation of the trade fair. It was purposely to reach the win-win business for exhibition company, exhibitors and investors by providing the exhibition platform and investment cooperation chances for the merchants.

It was introduced on the press conference that currently the preparation work for the trade fair was being operated well. Some solutions concerned for the transportation, reception and visit have been confirmed or figured out the protocols. Concerned for the exhibition, industrial device manufacturing products, Taiwan special products, inter-provincial special products, and new style light industrial products were the key products.500 standard stands and 10 special stands investment attraction work have been done. The investment attraction work for the rest 14 special stands was kept being operated. The layout plans for the opening ceremony and conference site have been finished and was processing to the decoration of the site. It was estimated to start the decoration of stands on Nov. 17, 2014.

“Top 500 enterprises senior managers’ trip to south Hunan” would be handled in the fair as well. Solvay, AMB, Pioneer, Samsung China, Siemens, SBB, and some other enterprises have confirmed to join in this trip. Till then, over 20 transnational corporations and the Fortune 500 enterprises would attend the fair.

Wang Guangming- Secretary-general of Hunan Government, Luo Shuangfeng- Deputy Director of Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, and Zhang Aiguo- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City were present at the press conference.
