It was learned that recently a comprehensive evaluation for 123 industrials parks which were covered into the scope of statistics was handled out in Hunan province. Chenzhou City ranked in the 6th place. 4 industrial parks of Chenzhou city ranked in the top 20.

According to the spirit of “interim measures for the comprehensive evaluation of Hunan provincial and above level industrial parks”, Hunan province handled out that ranking work and issued “notification for the comprehensive evaluation of 2013 Hunan province industrial parks’development”. According to the ranking list, Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park, Guiyang Industrial Park, Zixing Industrial Park and Yongxing Economic Development Zone ranked the 7th, 14th, 16th and 18th place respectively. Yongxing Economic Zone entered the top 20 place list for two consecutive years. According to that comprehensive evaluation of industrial parks’development, Chenzhou city’s industrial parks were upgraded greatly on scale, professionalization, low-carbon, high –tech, and etc. Series measures handled out in Chenzhou city such as comprehensive promotion of park industrialization, professionalization of the industrial parks, low-carbon development, supporting functions, scientific management, and etc. were gained obvious effects,which helped to upgrade the overall strength and comprehensive competitiveness of the industrial parks, improve the industrial structure to be more reasonable, improve the quality and profit, and optimize the function layout.
