It was reported that a concentrated launching and completion for some key projects of Chenzhou urban area was held in Chenzhou city recently. 28 projects of transportation construction, industries construction, ecology and well-being construction were launched and completed together which helped to burn up “first bunch of fire” of Chenzhou city’s projects construction of 2015. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City were present at the ceremony.

The six transportation construction projects completed on that day were upgrading project of south section of Nanling Avenue, Zaoxiang road, Chenzi road ( Suxian section), Boliping road, Wenquan road, and Tangwei road. 4 new transportation construction projects as the expansion project of Chenzhou Xi station, interflow project for Jinggang’ao expressway and Chenzhou north, Gaobi public bus transportation hub station and Tongfu road were launched at the same time. Concerned for expansion project of Chenzhou Xi station, an annex building would be built in both south and north side of the ready station building. The 11,140 square meters new buildings covered with about 140million yuan budget investment and were planned to be finished at the end of 2016. Once finished, it would be effectively helpful to solve the problem that current station can’t meet the demands of passenger flow.

Following four projects were completed on that day as well: Grand’s 950million-yuan household intelligent robot project which was with an annual output of 3million robots; Hualei Photoelectric’s 100million-yuan manufacturing project of LED sealing and application products; urban area’s domestic garbage incineration power generation (first phase) which was invested with 440million yuan; and Zhongyuan Hongguang logistics project which was with 600million yuan investment. 5 projects which were launched on that day were with 2.7billion yuan investment. They were: Jingui silver city project which was with 220million yuan investment; Zhongtian grain and oil warehousing and processing base project which was invested with 120million yuan; Yuling enterprises incubation base project which was with 78million yuan investment; Yintai new energy automobiles industrial park which was invested with 2billion yuan; and special welding rod production project which was with 280million yuan investment.

7 well-being projects were finished on that day. They were: greening project (forth phase), Donghe Wetland Park and governance, Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, comprehensive treatment of the downstream section of Chenjiang river, Luoxian park, Kunqu Opera Academy and Chenzhou Special Education School. 2 well-being projects which were launched on that day were “smart skynet”project of the second phase of Chenzhou central urban area’s electronic control system and shantytowns renovation project of Gaoshanbei. The“smart skynet” project was with 178million yuan investment. According to the plan, 3000 video monitors, 6000 cameras, and 118 sets of bayonets would be set in the central urban area, which would be used for establishing the smart control system. At the meantime, the video monitoring of counties, districts and professional departments would be integrated to build the third level monitoring center.
