Each main project was supported with 0.5million yuan

In 2014, Sanhe Qiaolong Company was enrolled into the list of supporting projects with modern agricultural industry guiding funds and was issued with 0.5million yuan supporting funds. Assisted with these funds, “Aishang Sanhe” greening farm’s scale was enlarged for one time. It is one of the typical cases for the promotion of development of leisure agriculture with industry guiding funds.

In recent years, in order to promote the industrialization of agriculture, improve modern agriculture and strengthen leading agricultural enterprises, Chenzhou city did not only issue favorable policies, but also placed more supports on funds. Guiding funds for modern agricultural industry were allocated by Chenzhou city every year to assist the expansion of scale, technical reform, product research, construction of raw material base, expansion of market and brand construction handled out by agricultural industrialization enterprises, manorial economy, star level leisure farm, agricultural industrial park, and concentrate processing zone of agricultural products. From 2012 to 2014, 33.50million yuan guiding funds for modern agricultural industry were arranged by Chenzhou municipal level government, covering 10.72% of the total guiding funds. In 2014, 18million yuan supporting funds were issued to 39 agricultural industrialization projects. At the meantime, in order to enhance the utilization and management of the industrial guiding funds, “solution on management of Chenzhou municipal level agricultural industrial guiding funds”was figured out by Chenhzou city. All the agricultural guiding funds should be arranged by following procedures: public declaration, experts review, approval of leading group of finance and economics, and publicity. 60% of the guiding funds were placed on key industries, key leading companies, key brands and key projects. Each key project was placed with over 0.5million yuan supporting funds.

Thanks to the agricultural industrial guiding funds, the capital problems faced by agricultural companies and projects were effectively relieved. It well played the lever function and multiplier effect to grant modern agriculture with “source of running water” and promote agricultural industrialization to be improved with sound trend. Currently, there are 319 above scale agricultural processing enterprises available in Chenzhou city. The total profits of them were amounted to 3.6billion yuan. Furthermore, 5 China famous brands, 1 China top brands, 40 Hunan provincial famous brands and 19 Hunan provincial top brands were created by them successfully. In 2014, the joint production base of above Chenzhou municipal level leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization was amounted to 4.61million mu, which helped to drive 1.07million farmers, reach 55.5billion yuan sales revenue and submit 770million yuan tax payments.
