It was introduced that the project would focus on the manufacturing of different kinds of mining devices. Once placed into production, its sales revenue can hit 500million yuan. Because of its high technology, sound improvement condition and great marketing potentiality, it is significant to accelerate the industrial adjustment and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of Guiyang county.

In recent years, Guiyang county well seized the great chance of the construction of national demonstration area of south Hunan industrial transfer and issued series policies as “implementation comments on accelerating the development of opening economy”, “implementation comments on construction of one million square meters standard workshops in ‘three-year plan’”, and etc., which helped to optimize the environment and support development of enterprises from 11 aspects as construction land, checking and approval of environmental protection, financial support, application fees, labor force, industrial park construction, and etc.

Due to its perfect infrastructure condition, sound development expectation, and favorable policies, many merchants were attracted there. According to the statistics, more than 20 times of investment attraction activities have been carried out by Guiyang county, which enabled it to sign 15 projects with over 5 billion yuan, up 12%.
