It was reported that an interview team formed by the journalists from more than 20 central government and Hunan provincial media as“People’s Daily”, the Xinhua News Agency, China News Service, and etc. visited Hunan China Resources Power Co., Ltd. to investigate its development of green power.

Focusing on the theme of “visiting beautiful power plant to enjoy green development”, the journalists listened to the introduction of the company’s production and environmental protection condition presented by the chief engineer of Hunan China Resources Power Co., Ltd., visited the factory to learn the operation of some key environmental protection facilities, and also visited Qiaokou School and Qiaokou Water Plant which were donated by the company.

All the journalists were impressed with the “garden style” environment of the company, were interested in its development of sustainable economy and exploration of green power development, and highly appraised its behaviors and achievements on constructing environment friendly company and undertaking social responsibilities. “The first view entered into our eyes when stepped into the company is the beautiful sceneries, and then is the factory.” said Liu Long- one of the journalists from “People’s Daily”. Liu also said according to the introduction and interview, they learned that some indexes of the company were even better than national standards. The concept of environmental protection and green development of the company is a new “green revolution”.
