It was learned from the scheduling conference of Chenzhou city’s great upgrading of transportation that 1.734billion yuan has been finished on the upgrading of transportation from this January to May with a tiny increase compared with last year.

Concerned for the expressway, Chishi Bridge of Xiarong expressway is still under construction; and 21kms long water-stable layer for Rucheng-Guangdong section of Yanru expressway has been finished. Concerned for the continuous construction projects, 4 projects ( Guiyang section and Yongxing section of Guigao highway, Huangmang highway of Yizhang and Yindu avenue) of the 8 continuous projects of highways and G107 Yizhang surrounding highway were being placed to the construction of pavement. Concerned for the new projects listed in “twelfth five-year plan”, 15 projects covered with 303kms of the new projects and one 17kms long project ( highway from Yijiang to Reshui, Rucheng county) have been finished; 6 projects covered with 92kms have been started; 8 projects covered with 194kms were being handled the preliminary work; the preliminary work for Chenzhou north entrance of Jinggang’ao expressway has been finished and was about to be placed to construction in this June; upgrading work for 107 national road’s state-level checking has been finished. Concerned for the rural roads construction, reconstruction of dangerous bridges and security projects, 103.4kms rural roads have been finished the pavement work. Suxian district, Zixing city, Guidong county, Rucheng county and Anren county were the ones handled out with faster progress on it. Reconstruction work for 16 dangerous bridges has been started. 5437.9kms long channel’s greening work has been completed. 149.4kms road’s lighting up work has been finished.

As the first year for Chenzhou city’s great upgrading of transportation, both tasks set for the construction and management were heavy. Till now, nearly half year has passed. All projects owners would carry out “five increases” to organize the construction work scientifically and high efficiently to ensure all tasks to be fulfilled on time.
