Qu Hai required on his investigation trip to some major projects

It was reported that Qu Hai- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some major projects on June 6, 2016 and required that all departments should try best to promote the improvement of projects rapidly and safely by seizing the sound weather condition.

Thanks to the sunny weather, all the major projects were being promoted hotly recently.

The key points for Qu’s investigation trip were industrial projects and well-being projects. It planned to finish the main body project of the technical improvement and removal project of Chenzhou Tobacco Plant in the end of 2016. Qu Hai visited the construction site of the project and communicated with the project owner face to face to learn the problems hindered on the way. Qu required that the on-site construction work should be well handled, as well as the dust control and soil transportation. All the weak points on the construction process should be improved at the soonest time. The relative departments should keep optimizing the services, such as opening green channels and creating sound environment.
Dongjiang Diversion Project was being processed to the construction of water intake structures, diversion tunnels, and etc. It was introduced that the water intake is located in the slop along the bank of Dongjiang Lake. Due to its limited traffic condition, some large construction materials should be delivered manually. Qu Hai repeatedly said to the principal of construction site that all work should be carried out scientifically and safely on the consideration of safety of Dongjiang Lake’s ecology and dam and stability of Dongjiang Lake’s geography and ecology.

On the construction site of the diversion tunnels, Qu Hai required that all the construction units and monitoring units should well play their roles and ensure the quality, progress, and safety of the construction work.

On the land acquisition site of Dongjiang diversion project of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Qu Hai encouraged the on-site principal to try best to finish the acquisition work and help to improve the infrastructure condition of the roads along the acquisition area.

Concerned for the Dongjiang diversion project, Qu Hai required that the technological condition should be further improved and construction work should be further intensified to improve it to be safe, environment friendly, and demonstration project. Competitive atmosphere should be created on the whole construction process to ensure all annual targets to be fulfilled on time.

The project of “four centers and one hall” will be capped in the end of this September, so when Qu visited there they were ready to take shape. Qu required that more attention should be placed on the details to upgrade the level and the interior arrangement should be well organized on combination with the demands of the improvement of exhibition economy.

Qu Hai emphasized repeatedly on his investigation that “long-term project, quality-oriented”, so quality should be placed in the most important place. “One-hundred-day actions” for the promotion of projects should be promoted under sound weather condition.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Qu with this investigation.
