Workers were producing high-end precision automotive molds at Hunan Xinquan Technology Company of Tantang Industrial Park, Jiahe County. The company is a large high-end intelligent green casting enterprise, mainly producing various high-end ductile iron casting products such as injection molding machines, die-casting machines and automotive molds.
Since the beginning of this year, the company has introduced high-end equipment such as wire feeder treatment station of Coredwire, gating and dust removing system of NEOTECHNIK and imported air compressor unit of Atlas Sweden, to achieve intelligent, high-quality and efficient production, with an annual output of 36,000 sets, 50,000 tons of castings, and an estimated annual output value of 180 million yuan.
