After months of hard work and countless experiments, Zhang Zhen and his team developed the “full-plate silk screen blue film” technology, a new type of silk screen printing plate, by adjusting the design of the silk screen printing plate and optimizing printing parameters. It can complete full-page printing at one time, greatly improving production efficiency. At the same time, this new type of blue film material has also excellent high temperature resistance and durability, solving a series of problems in the manufacturing process of car display screens.

 

 

“This blue film is used to protect the outside completely and so the surface will not be scratched. Besides, the film is set as small pieces, which makes it easier to detect. It’s unnecessary to remove the whole blue film for testing. This has greatly improved the latter efficiency and the entire process,” said Zhang Zhen.

 

 

Since serving as the technical director of the company, Zhang Zhen has always promoted the innovation-led development and is committed to technology research and industrial upgrading. He led his team to develop the “orientation film in vehicle display screens” and “full-plate screen printing blue film” technologies from 2023 to 2024 to overcome the insufficient durability and high temperature resistance of vehicle display screens.

 

The technological upgrade of the rangefinder display screen in the second phase project of the company that he was responsible for makes the products’ national market share exceed 50%, helping the company win the title of National Manufacturing Single-item Champion Enterprise in 2024.
