Liu Changsheng who is the accountant of Hunan Xinyuan Mining Co., Ltd. settled the procedures of high-tech tax reliefs and deduction of R&D investment within one hour in Yizhang Local Taxation Bureau. As he said to the officers: “thanks to more and more favorable policies placed to companies, we are more confident to improve it stronger.”

It was introduced that Yizhang Local Taxation Bureau reduced 13.34million yuan taxes for 15,620 enterprises and individuals, 7.03million yuan of which was for well-being projects, 1.96million yuan for micro and small-sized enterprises, and 3.14million for three-rural issues. 835 laid-off workers, demobilized soldiers, disabled, and graduates were benefited with 4.10million yuan tax relief. It is helpful for the economic structural adjustment and harmonious development of Yizhang county, as well as promotion of economic transition and enhancement of delay effects of taxpayers.

In recent years, in order to stimulate the adjustment economic structure and activate the market, the Party and Central Government issued series favorable tax policies. Yizhang Local Taxation Bureau followed the concept of “management and service first” to implement all polices actively. It selected the objects which can be favored with the policies by relative platforms and settled the standing book accordingly. It also enhanced the propaganda work to popularize the favorable policies via many methods.
