To better create the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry in Chenzhou EDZ, the park will be built into a research and development and production base for health inspection, biomedicine and other industries, and form a characteristic cluster effect with enterprises such as China Resources Sanjiu and Improve Medical. 

 

The project is located in Changchong Area of Chenzhou EDZ, with two blocks in the east of Xinyuan Road and south of Xinhua Road. It covers a land area of 1,300 mu (about 86.7 hectares) and a planned construction area of 660,000 square meters and a supporting housing area of 100,000 square meters. 

 

 

 

The first phase of CR Sanjiu South Hunan Manufacturing Center and Improve Medical Massive Health Industrial Park was completed in the northern block. The Phase II project in the northern block has a total land area of about 125 mu (83,333 square meters) and a construction area of 140,000 square meters. 

 

Since the construction of Phase II project was started on January 20 this year, after about six months of efforts, the main structure with an area of 63,000 square meters was completed, with a total investment of 260 million yuan. 

 

Now, many well-known pharmaceutical enterprises have settled in the industrial park, such as CR Sanjiu, Derom Medical and Sinopharm. The main products include Chinese patent medicine preparations, infusion monitors, high-end medical devices, core components of large-scale medical devices, clinical IVD testing and diagnostic reagents, and R&D and production of intelligent medical hardware.

 

It will build a customized R&D and production CDMO + CRO platform for medical devices, and build clinical testing centers, pathological diagnosis centers, gene sequencing, biological mass spectrometry technology platforms, medical logistics, information and big data service platforms. 

 

 

 

It strives to be a smart and large biomedical industrial cluster, and form a medical device industrial park with regional characteristics that radiates the Pearl River Delta, and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group. 

 

As the second phase of the massive health biomedical industrial park was completed, listed enterprises like Shanghai Labway Medicine and Guangzhou Maojin Pharmaceutical Group have officially cooperated with Chenzhou EDZ and will become the first to settle in the park.
