Chief of E-commerce & Informatization of Commerce Ministry- Li Jingqi led an investigation team to visit Guiyang County. The team was made up of staff from the Organization Department of Party member education center and E-commerce & Informatization of Commerce Ministry.

The rural commerce information service pilot work plan was launched from 2012 by Commerce Ministry and Organization Department of Party member education center. Guiyang was an exclusive pilot county of Chenzhou city to carry out the rural commerce information service with distance education network. With the development of rural commerce information service, Guiyang county has achieved fruitful results on the marketing of agricultural products, promotion of agriculture industrialization, and etc..

The team took a visit to the rural commerce information service station on Xishui village, Guiyang County and watched the demonstration operation on uploading sales information of crape myrtle flowers. During their visits, they carefully studied their working experience and asked detailed information about the difficulties and problems of their work.

This investigation was a preliminary work of the conference of national e-commerce promotion and informatiztion, which will be held at the end of this year. Jiang Huaizhang- Inspector of Hunan Commerce Ministry and Li Tingyi- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied the team during the investigation trip.
