It was reported that a new PET plastic bottle of beverage production line which was invested with 20 million yuan was put into production in Guiyang food projects zone recently. The production line was concerned for the expansion plan of Hunan Jicaotang Honeysuckle Drinks Co., Ltd. which was one of the leading enterprises in Guiyang county. There were 21 proprietary intellectual property rights and 81000 mu honeysuckle production base available for this company.

Followed with the concept to improve the agriculture with the idea of industrialization, Guiyang food projects zone was purposely invested to guide the leading enterprises to be settled down here. This zone was with 2.3 billion yuan short term investment, covering 321 hectares, which attracted 19 enterprises and played a demonstration role on large-scale and standardized development. Besides the construction of such kind of development platform as the special zone, Guiyang county government also played much attention on the cultivation of production factor market with more favorable policies.

A brand strategy was implemented in Guiyang county to promote the establishment of brands for the leading enterprises. Among the 6 provincial and upper level famous brands of agricultural products, 5 ones were for the leading enterprises. Especially for Jicaotang, it was upgraded in the list of China famous brand, which helped to promote Guiyang county’s agricultural products nationwide. Till now, 70 leading enterprises have been cultivated in Guiyang county, whose sales revenue was hit 3 billion yuan. This kind of extraordinary development highly enhanced the comprehensive production capacity of Guiyang county’s agriculture.
