Yunchuang E-commerce Cross-border Industrial Park in Guiyang County was put into operation on May 28. 12 enterprises, including Youlu Network Technology and Qinghan Culture and Media, first settled in the park.  

With a construction area of about 44,500 square meters, Yunchuang E-commerce Cross-border Industrial Park is a full-service industrial chain cluster park integrating cross-border e-commerce, talent incubation and training, warehousing and logistics. It plans to introduce 100 enterprises to drive the local industrial upgrading. At present, the first-stage park has been put into operation, with 10 areas including exhibition center, performance recording center, live broadcasting base, mass innovation space and talent incubation center.   

Guiyang County is the first rural Taobao pilot county in Hunan Province in cooperation with Alibaba. In recent years, the county has successively built Huikang supermarket fresh cold chain, agricultural products entering supermarkets, distribution center, Jinxiang cold chain logistics, agricultural and sideline products distribution center in the south of the county, etc. Express companies like SF and Cainiao have settled in succession, constantly improving the county’s logistics system. At present, the county boasts 30 professional e-commerce teams with more than 50,000 employees, with annual sales over 1 billion yuan.
