At the construction site of the glass product processing project (Phase I) of Yingpai Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., the 27,000-square-meter factory steel structure has taken shape, and the main body of the factory has been completed. Workers were busy tiling the shed roof on February 13. 

 

In July 2024, Yingpai Home Furnishing acquired a land with an area of 36.7 mu (2.45 hectares). The first phase of the project started construction in November 2024, with two one-story factories and one five-story comprehensive building to be built. The total construction area is of 28,758 square meters. 

 

 

“Now, 50% of the project has been completed, and the main structure of the two factory buildings has been completed. Over 60 workers are working at the same time. It’s expected that the project will be delivered by mid-May this year,” said the project manager.

 

At the construction site of the comprehensive building, workers were busy setting up scaffolding. Currently, the second floor of the building has been completed and the construction of the third floor load-bearing wall is underway. 

 

After the comprehensive building is completed, it will be used for product R&D, office, and underground equipment storage. 

 

 

The factory is expected to build one tempered glass production line and four door and window production lines, which can achieve an annual glass production of one million square meters and an annual output value of over 50 million yuan. 

 

And it is expected to be put into operation in June this year.

 

“Yingpai Home Furnishing engages in glass manufacturing, door, window and curtain wall processing. The new factories and comprehensive building of the project (Phase I) started construction in November last year, with an investment of about 40 million yuan. It’s expected to be completed and put into operation in June this year. At that time, it can produce 50 million yuan of glass annually, and provide job opportunities for over 100 people,” said an executive of the company.
