Jiahe High-tech Zone promotes digital transformation of enterprises

“After nearly half a year of operation, our company’s energy consumption has decreased by more than 7%, with the cumulative electricity cost of nearly 300,000 yuan saved,” said Jiang Bin, general manager of Jiahe Hongsheng Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Jiahe High-tech Zone.
With the company’s intelligent energy management system, its total electricity consumption data, even the electricity consumption data for key production line equipment can be collected and analyzed online.
The company mainly produces various types of black metal castings and processes finished parts. There is an exceedingly large demand for electricity in the production process, with about 10 million yuan spent on electricity annually.
In 2022, relying on the industrial Internet platform of the casting and forging industry cluster, the company established an intelligent energy management system, which has greatly helped save production costs.
“This system has become mature and is being widely promoted and used,” said Li Wei, an official of Jiahe High-tech Zone.
In recent years, with the goal of creating a “smart park”, Jiahe High-tech Zone has worked to solidify the foundation of industrial digitization, and developed new quality productive forces according to local conditions.
Jiahe County has increased policy support, optimized services and solved problems for enterprises, in a bid to promote the digital transformation of enterprises with a focus on segmented markets, strong innovation capabilities and good growth potential.
At present, Jiahe County is moving enterprises toward intelligent, high-end and green development through “industrial Internet plus blockchain”, with a distinctive casting industrial cluster gradually taking shape.
