In the production workshop of Chenzhou Huida Manufacturing Co., Ltd., workers are busy with production. Its machine tool castings are sold to the eastern coastal areas. 

 

 

 

“Our company started production on March 26 this year, and the production for orders has been scheduled till July,” said Zhou Shenghui, chairman of the company.  

 

In October last year, the company leased a standard factory building of 9,500 square meters in Jiahe Green Intelligent Casting Industry Park. It was put into production in just four months and has become the largest single enterprise in the park in terms of leased factory area.

 

 

 

Jiahe Green Intelligent Casting Industrial Park focuses on developing the green intelligent casting industry and modern logistics industry, with a planned area of more than 1,600 mu (about 106.67 hectares). Currently, it has completed the construction area of 480,000 square meters.

 

“The first phase of the park can accommodate 15 to 20 enterprises, and there are 15 enterprises so far,” said a staff member of Jiahe Green Intelligent Casting Industrial Park, adding that Jiahe County has provided policy support for enterprises, such as factory buildings with two-year rent free, later rent discounts, and supporting facilities, which has enhanced the confidence and determination of enterprises to join the park, expand production, and improve capacity.

 

 

 

In recent years, Jiahe County has made efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of the casting and forging industry with the goal to build the park into a core carrier and new highland for the development of Jiahe’s green intelligent casting industry.
