It was witnessed by the reporters that some agricultural cadres were busy working on the pepper lands of Leling village, Linwu county, Chenzhou city. The principal of Agricultural Bureau of Linwu county told the reporters that all the agricultural cadres need have the abilities to live in villages, eat in villages, get familiar with agricultural work, and work in villages.

In recent years, Linwu country’s Agricultural Bureau carried out agricultural projects which include new planting promotion and technology promotion of agricultural species. In order to guarantee the projects can be well handled and farmers can benefit much more from the projects, over 100 agricultural cadres were sent to different villages by working together with farmers and teaching them new technologies and skills. Take the high quality cole project for example, in order to make 40000 mu lands planted with cole, cadres went to Shuangxi, Maishi, Wushui and some other villages to teach famers new technologies. Till now, more than 6000 mu cole breeds have been planted.
