Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City took an investigation on Yizhang county’s industrial projects construction on April 10, 2013. Qu stated that Yizhang county should focus on the industrial projects construction to enhance the undertaking industrial transfer and industry transformation upgrading and strive for being the new economic growth pole.

The first two stops of Qu’s investigation trip were two key projects handled by Sinochem Group in Yizhang county. “5080”coal chemical industry project which was carried by Sinofert had been fulfilled the preliminary work evaluation and project approval. Hongyuan chemical project which was carried by Sinochem Lantian had been placed to production and was on processed of second phase construction with estimated investment of 500 million yuan.

In the afternoon, Qu Hai listened carefully to Yizhang county’s economic and social development report and suggestions presented by the principals of key projects in the symposium, and answered the questions listed by them patiently as well.

Qu highly affirmed the Yizhang county’s sound economic and social development condition, especially on the promotion of industrial projects. He stated that Yizhang county should focus on the industrial projects construction to enhance the industry transformation upgrading and strive for being the new economic growth pole, especially highlighting on the industrial projects construction, industrial economy, undertaking industrial transfer, agricultural production and poverty alleviation, and development condition optimization. 

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Qu with this investigation.
