When reporters arrived at the traffic construction site of Yongxing County, all workers were busy in handling the executions. Some projects like Chenyong road, Yindu road, S213 Ziyong road, etc. were carrying out the competition on the construction, which was greatly improving the acceleration of traffic construction.

By seizing the chance of Chenzhou city’s great traffic construction, Yongxing county tried its best to forge its “three horizontal, six vertical, nine joint” land traffic network. Some “artery” projects like Chenyong road, Yindu road, S213 Ziyong road, etc. were launched in the county. Meanwhile, some “tributary” projects were well carried out to forge the extensive transportation network. It was learned that 34 traffic construction projects with 116kms and 1.65 billion yuan investment have been launched in Yongxing County.

In order to solve the “bottleneck” problem of capital on the transportation construction, Yongxing County made forward four strategies pushed forward such as projects, fiscal funds, BT mode and platform financing. By handling these four strategies, some projects successfully collected the investment capitals, which greatly helped to boost the improvement of the projects.

In order to accelerate the speed of traffic construction, Yongxing County carried out different policies with “a green channel” to effectively solve the problems faced by projects owners.
