Yongxing County sees good start in project construction

As Hunan Shenye Platinum Technology Co. in Yongxing County Economic Development Zone, Chenzhou City, completed the main construction of its precious metal refining project, the internal decoration of the workshop is underway. As soon as the ground hardening is finished this month, the equipment can be installed and tested in the factory.
At the end of February, 98 major projects under construction all resumed work after the Spring Festival holiday. Yongxing County has formulated plannings for new major construction projects based on the scheduled goal, and four projects at 100-million-yuan level were introduced, with an investment of 2.27 billion yuan.
To better promote project construction and solve problems for enterprises, a series of measures have been implemented, including a responsibility system, overall planning, problem list, quarterly assessment and performance evaluation.
The government also provides agency service for 59 items related to approval procedures and handles 251 cross-province items without need to visit other places in 17 places of five provinces.
In the first quarter of this year, 98 major projects under construction in the county have completed investment of 2.98 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 30 percent of the annual plan.
