In the production workshop of Yongxing Yangguang Precious Metals Co., Ltd., workers are rushing to complete a batch of silver product orders that need to be delivered at the end of April. The company, whose operations cover silver product production, processing, and sales, has seen soaring orders from both domestic and overseas markets since the beginning of this year, with delivery dates already scheduled for May. 

 

Production demands capital. Enterprise service officers of Yongxing County contacted local banks to make loans to the enterprise when they learned through on-site visits that it was underfunded.

 

“The officer took the initiative to contact the Postal Savings Bank of China to support us with more than 20 million yuan in loans and the Agricultural Bank of China for a 10-million-yuan loan, which will be in place next week. All these have really reduced our financial pressure,” said the head of the company.

 

 

To continue optimizing the business environment and upgrade the 100-billion-yuan park, Yongxing County sent 230 cadres as enterprise and project service officers. Through measures such as officer linking, service expansion, and precise scheduling, they acted as policy promoters, project agents, and mediators for better enterprise development. 

 

“Next, benchmarking firms are to lead the development of the whole park and precise services will be offered by service officers to support enterprises,” said an official of Yongxing Economic Development Zone.

 

In 2022, the park’s total revenue from technology, processing, and trade reached 108.7 billion yuan, making it the first park in Chenzhou City to reach the output value of 100 billion yuan. It will continue to enhance the vitality, creativity, and competitiveness to become a shining example across the country.
