Total value of out-put hit 175.98 million yuan in first half year for 25 leading agricultural enterprises

When Zhou Zhenfu-one of the farmers in Suxian district was picking up wax gourds in his vegetable field as usual, some visitors to Feitian mountain was attracted by his fresh vegetables and bought them immediately. Zhou said happily that this wax gourd filed with yield of 10000 kilograms can get more than 10000 yuan income.

In order to increase the income of peasants, Suxian district of Chenzhou city carried out a new industry organization way format: leading enterprises are led by market, foundations are led by leading enterprises, and peasants are connected with foundations. Suxian district reached a wilder development on agriculture industrialization through this new format. The improvement of agricultural leading enterprises have to be paid much more attention to in order to forge a modern industrial system with characteristic species, scaled foundations, standard production lines, and high technologies.

Bangertai Youzhi Company which is one of the leading enterprises in Suxian district applied that industry improvement model as “enterprise + foundation + peasant” to build 0.41 million mu foundations in Suxian district and 5 counties of Yongxing county, which mobilize more than 50000 peasants to join in the tea-oil industry. Fuhua Foods Co., Ltd rented 3000mu land in Tangxi county ,which helped to increase peasants' income with 40-300 yuan per.

Now there are 25 leading agriculture industrialization enterprises in Suxian district. Bangertai, Haihua bamboo, Fuhua foods, and Langkun are the core firms there,which forged many famous brands like Hunan agriculture expo golden medal brands Suxian tea-oil and Haihua bamboo, and nuisance free agricultural products brands Suxian pig and Bianjiao black ram, etc.. In the first half year, these 25 firms’ total value out-put hit 175.98 million yuan, among which 32.83 million yuan belonged to added value, 176 million yuan net profit, and 2.74 million USD export exchange.
