Recently, the promotion conference of construction work on “Zixing Fifth Industrial Park” was held in Zixing city. Principals from all the relative departments and municipal leaders who were in charge of the project attended the conference.

It was introduced that the fifth industrial park and its expansion zone were with a general planning area of 8.46square kilo meters which was approved by Hunan provincial government in 2011. It was purposely constructed to be a new industrial park for better integration of the second industry and tertiary industry, especially for the strategic emerging industries as new material, new energy, electronic information, advanced manufacturing industry, etc. and modern service industries as logistic, financial, commercial and residential industry.

Currently, all the construction work concerned for the industrial park was carried out comprehensively. Road construction, greening work, sewage disposal issue, power planning, etc. were followed the time schedule well.

It was stated by Chen Rongwei- Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee that effective working measures, working efficiency and working efforts should be paid on the promotion of construction of the industrial park to ensure Zixing city to keep the top place in Hunan province and Chenzhou city.

It was required by Fang Nanling- Deputy Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Zixing city that all the departments should work together to support the development of the industrial park and ensure all the work can be followed by the time schedule well.
