It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investigation team to visit Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park and check its key projects construction condition. Qu stated that more efforts should be tried on the upgrading of projects construction to promote the steady improvement of economy.

Currently, a 21,000 square meters Chenzhou Non-ferrous Metal Museum was under construction and would be finished at the end of 2014. Centered with the museum, Chenzhou Baoshi Industrial Park which was planned to introduce 100 relative enterprises in 5 years was under the construction process as well. Qu Hai checked the detailed condition of the projects and required that much more attention should be placed on construction duration, quality and greening work to upgrade the project with high quality and unique features.

Broad Homes which is the leading enterprise of green and environmental construction materials of China reached the cooperation with Chenzhou city to undertake this project. Currently, the company was working on the site selection work. Qu Hai emphasized that all relative departments should provide better service for the project on his investigation trip.

Qu also investigated some industrial parks and companies which would be finished in 2014 and placed to operation accordingly. Once finished, they would be new tax payment resources and high-tech distributing center of Chenzhou city. Qu Hai required that more funds should be placed on the projects construction to accelerate their construction process and more attention should be placed on the intensive usage of land at the meantime.

Qu Hai carefully listened to the working reports delivered by the principal of administrative committee of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park. Qu also stated that more efforts should be tried to forge the park to be “one-hundred billion industrial park” and national level high-tech industrial park. More attention should be paid on the expansion and upgrading of the industrial park as well to upgrade Chenzhou city’s economy accordingly.

Qu pointed out that industry was the most important support for economic development and industrial park was the largest platform for industrial development, so more attention should be placed on the development of industrial parks’ economy to promote the industries’ take-off accordingly. More efforts should be placed on major projects and good projects, especially the major industrial projects and better service should be provided to the projects as well to ensure their influent improvement. Some more methods as optimized condition, favorable policies and financial supports should be tried to promote the improvement of some emerging industries and high added-value industries and promote transformation and upgrading of industries accordingly.
