Leading group conference for acceleration of industrial parks development & new industrialization was held in Chenzhou city recently

It was reported that a leading group conference for acceleration of industrial parks development & new industrialization was held in Chenzhou city on May 7, 2014. It was stated that more favorable policies should be issued to assist the development of new industrialization and industrial parks. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee attended the conference.

“Motivation solutions on further promotion of industrial parks’construction (discussion draft)”, “outline for Chenzhou city’s LED industry development plan (discussion draft)”, “comments on support of LED industry development (discussion draft)” and “implementation comments on promotion of information consumption (discussion draft) ” were discussed on the conference. Attendants shared their ideas on revisions of the files.

It was emphasized on the conference that the key working points for the industrial parks in 2014 were as follow: further expansion of parks and adjustment of policies to accelerate the infrastructure construction of parks; further streamline administration and institute decentralization to take over the decentralized administrative approval issues in the end of 2014 and ensure every issues concerned for parks to be settled in the parks; and new innovation mechanism to form a strong competition element among the industrial parks.

It was stated on the conference that Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park should play their leading roles well. Concerned for Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park, it should try all efforts to fulfill the target to be a “one-hundred-billion industrial park” in 2014 successfully. Concerned for Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, it should pay more attention on the application of national level economic development zone, on the promotion of Aomeisen Industrial Park’s infrastructure construction and on the investment attraction and upgrading of Changchong Industrial Park and Shigaitang Industrial Park.

It was pointed out on the conference more attention should be placed on the promotion of new industrialization as well, especially on the improvement of LED industry. More favorable polices should be figured out and issued to LED industry to promote it to be a “one-hundred-billion industry” of Chenzhou city.
