Xiangnan High-tech Industrial Park is an important platform for undertaking industrial transfer in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. It was located in Changchong town, Beihu district where was near Jing-gang-ao expressway, 107 national road, high speed train station of Chenzhou city and Chenzhou central urban area. Focusing on well playing its role of incubation to incubate and cultivate medium and small size enterprises, promote some enterprises to be listed to the market, improve development of electronic information, e-commerce, food and pharmacy industries, forge a cluster of high-tech industrial park and attract more investments, the industrial park introduced series of high-tech projects successfully in recent years.

It was introduced that Xiangnan High-tech Industrial Park ( the first phase) covered with 340mu areas. The planned investment of 370million yuan would be mainly used for building standard workshops. It was planned to use 17.86hectares of lands for the whole project, including 310.800 square meters. 22 standard workshops, 8 dormintaries, office buildings, convention and exhibition center, canteens and other supporting accessories would be facilitated to this park. It was the biggest single standard workshop project. Till now, some buildings have been finished.
