It was reported that Yizhang county’s open economy was improved rapidly that the industrial park accelerated its promotion of undertaking industrial transfer. Till the end of this July, the total revenue of technology, industry and trade hit 4.24billion yuan in the industrial parks of Yizhang county, up 23.2%. The total added value of scaled industry was amounted to 1.12billion yuan, up 16.6%. The paid-off foreign investment and domestic investment were $74.80million and 845.20million yuan with the increase of 36.5% and 40.5% respectively.

Currently, “one zone and four parks” (one zone refers to Yizhang economic development zone, four parks refer to undertaking industrial transfer park, Baishidu fluorine chemistry cycling industrial park, national poverty alleviation and development industrial park, and Yuxi industrial park) which were listed in Yizhang county’s planning were proceeded well to promote the improvement of undertaking industrial transfer. The key industry confirmed for Yizhang undertaking industrial transfer park was the processing trade of machine manufacturing, electronics and light industry, bio-pharmacy, and etc. It was aimed to be upgraded to be a modern manufacturing base with over ten billion yuan production output value. With years’ efforts, the barren field was constructed as an industrial park with over 800,000square meters standard workshops. Over 61 industrial enterprises have settled down there. Baishidu fluorine chemistry cycling industrial park covered with 686hectares planning area which focused on the cycling economy as fluorine chemistry, non-ferrous metal deep-processing, cement and ceramic, and etc. Once finished, it would become the exclusive special fluorine chemistry industrial park of Hunan province. It aimed to be forged as the international level fluorine chemistry base. Now Yuizhang county was on the process to prepare for the investment attraction work. Yizhang Hongyuan chemistry project has been introduced into the cycling industrial park, which was invested by Sinochem Lantian Co., Ltd.- one of the world’s top 500 enterprises. This project was invested with the largest amount of capitals compared with other single projects handled out in Yizhang county earlier. Its first phase project has been finished now and was on the process of the construction of the second phase which was invested with over 5billion yuan and covered with 800mu lands. National poverty alleviation and development industrial park planned to handle a modern agricultural industrial park project which was used to provide a deep processing base for the leading agricultural enterprises of Yizhang county. By attracting the investment, 4 enterprises have been settled down there and 12 ones planned to be introduced there. Some listing companies and Hunan provincial level leading agricultural enterprises were attracted to place investment there. Their production bases were decollated in the 22 villages and towns all over the county, while the processing bases to be settled down in the modern agricultural park. It was purposely to form a cycling format of production, process and marketing there.
