It was reported that Hunan provincial industrial parks working conference was held in Chenzhou city. Du Jiahao- Deputy Secretary of Hunan provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hunan Province addressed an important speech on the conference Chen Zhaoxiong- Member of Hunan provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Executive Vice Governor attended the conference and delivered a speech there. Huang Lanxiang- Vice-governor of Hunan Province hosted the conference. Dai Daojin- Secretary-general of Hunan Provincial Government presented the notification for 2014 Hunan industrial parks’standard workshops construction. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee shared the experience of Chenzhou city’s industrial parks development with the attendants.

The theme for this conference was to promote the development of industrial real estate. According to the file “Hunan government’s comments on promoting the development of industrial real estate” issued on the conference, series measures would be released by Hunan province to develop a batch of industrial real estate projects with concentrated industries and enterprises and intensive land. All measures would be operated on the basis of current industrial parks and followed the concept of industrial upgrading and policy innovation.

Du Jiahao emphasized that due to the big pressure of economic downward, both industrial development and structural adjustment faced severe problems. All governments should enhance the sense of urgency to promote the industrial parks’ development, should be more confident by overcome the confuses to place industrial parks as the important platforms of stable increase and stable performance of projects and economy; and should well implement Hunan government’s spirit of innovation to accelerate the construction of standard workshops, promote industrial real estate development and improve the industrial parks’ construction.
