The increase rate ranks first place among other cities of Hunan province

It was reported that “2014 Hunan provincial evaluation report of industrial performance quality index” was released by Hunan Provincial Economy and Information Committee. According to the report, the comprehensive index of Chenzhou city’s industrial performance quality was upgraded from 7th place of 2013 to 4th place of 2014, ranking the first place among other cities of Hunan province on the increase rate.

According to the report, the comprehensive index of Chenzhou city’s industrial performance quality was up to 89.61 in 2014 which was 12.64 higher than 2013. Concerned for the secondary index, “stable increase” increased from 7th place to 4th place, “operational performance” increased from 13th place to 3rd place, “structural optimization” increased from 10th place to 9th place, and “integration of information technology and industrialization” increased from 12th place to 2nd place. Concerned for the third-grade index, there were following 6 items ranked in the top three place of Hunan province: the increase rate of added value of scaled industry was 12%, ranking 2nd place; labor productivity was 477,000yuan/person, ranking 2nd place; proportion for industrial added-value on industrial scaled industries’ was 71.48%, ranking 2nd place; profit ratio of sales was 6.33%, ranking 3rd place; asset-liability ratio of above scaled industrial enterprises was 39.88%, ranking 3rd place; and proportion for added value of strategic emerging industries on GDP was 16.2% , ranking the 3rd place.

In recent years, Chenzhou city carried out some special actions on industrial transformation and upgrading, which greatly helped to upgrade traditional advantages industries and cultivate strategic emerging industries. The total volume of Chenzhou city’s industrial economy was kept the 3rd place of Hunan province and its industrial performance quality was upgraded greatly as well.
