It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted a symposium with leading industrial enterprises on June 1, 2015. Qu required all work should be focused on the stable increase, adjusting of structure and transformation of pattern to solve the problems for the enterprises and provide them with best service and environment.

Qu Hai visited Chenzhou Tobacco Plant, Gospell, Jinwang Bismuth, Jingui Silver and some other leading industrial enterprises and learned the details operation and projects construction.

Qu Hai called some leading industrial enterprises and principals of relative subordinate economic management departments of Chenzhou city together and held a symposium afterward, and learned the production, operation, financing, and other details of the enterprises.

From 2015, though the overall condition of the market is not so good, the non-ferrous industry of Chenzhou was trying to find more chances by handling the asset restructuring, issuing new products, and other methods; Gospell and some other electronic information enterprises well seized the favorable national policies to expand the production and accelerate the listing issues.

Qu Hai said though under such complicated macro economy condition, the leading enterprises tried their best to solve problems and gained sound achievements, which greatly helped to support the stable increase of Chenzhou city. In the second half year, all the enterprises should keep confident to accelerate the transformation development and submit projects and handle production work based on national industrial policies; all enterprises should keep innovative development to accelerate the technological upgrading of traditional industries and enterprises, extend the industrial chain, and upgrade the efficiency by applying more new technologies and new engineering; some high-tech industries should well seize the chance of national favorable policies on implementing made-in-China 2025, “internet+” plan, and etc. to expand more markets and improve themselves by technological innovations; all enterprises should promote green development by well implementing the entity responsibilities and all level governments and environment supervision departments should strictly implement the supervision responsibilities to protect the environment condition; and all enterprises should implement the opening up to dock with “One Belt and One Road” strategy and expand the development space by taking the best advantages of international resources and markets.

Qu Hai emphasized that the enterprises should be encouraged and guided to follow capital operation method, which would be helpful to accelerate the listing speed, enhance social financing, and increase the anti-risk capacity of enterprises; the central and provincial favorable policies should be well implemented to guide the enterprises to get more projects; the capitals should be further integrated and optimized to upgrade the effectiveness of capitals; more attention should be placed on helping the enterprises to handle propaganda and expansion work and priority should be given to local products on government procurement; new service methods should be innovated to alleviate burdens on the enterprises; and the development condition for enterprises should be optimized with better supporting service.
