It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some industrial enterprises of Suxian district and Zixing city to check the production and operation of them and help to solve some practical problems as well. Qu Hai required that all the enterprises should keep confident on development and enhance the innovation-driven and accelerate the transformation and upgrading.

Qu Hai visited Hunan Non-ferrous Chenzhou Fluorine Chemistry Co., Ltd. and learned the details of its production and operation. Chenzhou Fluorine Chemistry Co., Ltd. is a national level “high-tech enterprise” which mainly works on the development of organofluorine chemicals with high added-value. In next step, the company would focus on the extension of industrial chain to handle some early survey, proof and research & development of series down-stream products. Qu Hai said fluorine chemical is one of the important parts of Chenzou non-ferrous metals industry, which is helpful to reach the comprehensive recycling, energy saving & emission reduction and high-efficient utilization of resources. It should enhance the technological innovation, work together with some other powerful enterprises, accelerate the upgrading of technology and reach “near zero emission”by keeping the bottom line of environmental protection.

Qu Hai also visited China Resources Power, Yunxiang Mining and Metallurgy, Jinlei Concrete and some other enterprises and learned some difficulties and problems hindered on their production. In the following symposium, Qu Hai well communicated with the principals of the enterprises.

Qu Hai stated that all enterprises should keep confident to strengthen the anticipation of their development. Though under high pressure of economic down-turn, series policies and measures for supporting the real economy’s development were issued by the State and Hunan province. All relative departments should well study and implement the policies, support the technical innovation of enterprises, and cultivate “four-new”(new technology, new industry, new model, and new style) enterprises based on the promotion of existing enterprises; should enhance the docking between banks and enterprises by well utilizing the financial tools to support real economy; should deeply carry out the supporting work on enterprises to solve their practical problems and provide better elements supports and development condition for them; should help the enterprises to increase the product market share; and should support the enterprises’ strategic cooperation with powerful enterprises and accelerate their speed on listing. All enterprises should enhance the innovation-driven to introduce and utilize the new technologies, new devices and new engineering, decrease the production cost, extend the industrial chain and accelerate the transformation and upgrading; should innovate new mechanism to upgrade the management level and retain the talents; and should improve the enterprises to be safer, more friendly to environment, more advanced, more standard and higher efficient by the innovation-driven.
