It was reported that a favorable policy was issued to Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park by Zixing city recently. The policy is that a special fund which was selected from financial industrial guidance funds would be used as rewards and subsidies for some enterprises and employees of Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park, and big data centers, data exchanges, chips and integrated circuits, industrial design and software service, big data finance, ecommerce headquarters which were registed in Zixing city.

In recent years, Zixing city placed great attention on promoting the improvement of Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park by integrating with its unique cool water resources and rich electric powers. It was introduced that the budget planning area for the park was 3000mu, which is available for over 1000 mobile internet enterprises. Currently, 300million yuan has been placed on the park and the work for 1500mu land banking and some infrastructures construction have been finished as well.

Two big data centers as Hunan Shangrui Technology Company and Hunan Telecom have been settled down in the park and placed for construction. The total investment for these two projects is amounted to 1.2billion yuan, including 10,000 racks, which is the important layout of Hunan Telecom in the province, as well as the largest scale big data project of Hunan province placed for construction under current situation. Furthermore, some more famous enterprises as Inspur Group, China Insurance, China Big Data and Smart City Institution, and etc. are expected to settle down there. Till then, the center would be improved to be one of the most advanced, most energy-saving, safest, and most reliable big data centers of China.
