Yi Pengfei investigated industrial parks and key industrial parks

According to the arrangement of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, the concentrated investigation of industrial parks and key industrial projects was carried out in Chenzhou city from June 1-3, 2016. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Comiittee visited Suxian district, Zixing city, Guiyang county, Yongxing county, Anren county, Chenzhou High-tech Zone, and etc.

During the 3-day trip, Yi Pengfei and his team members visited the industrial parks, enterprises, and construction sites of projects, and communicated with the cadres, masses, and officials of the enterprises to learn the achievements of industrial development, as well as problems and share ideas with them on further development.

New changes of new projects, new development of earlier projects, new breakthroughs of major projects, energetic powers of enterprises and projects, all of which are the miniatures of Chenzhou city’s industrial development and improvement of industrial parks.

On the investigation trip to Anren Shenhe Chinese Herbal Medicines Plantation Base and Xiangzhong Chinese Herbal Medicine Trading Company, Yi Pengfei checked the development of Chinese herbal medicine industrial chain and accurate poverty alleviation. Thanks to the docking of industrial chain, 2000 poverty stricken people were mobilized by Shenhe Chinese Herbal Medicines Plantation Base and their incomes increased accordingly. Yi Pengfei said to the local officials that closer attention should be paid on the analysis of market along with the improvement of scaled cultivation; marketing network should be expanded by playing the best role of ecommerce platforms; and the enterprises should be improved stably to provide sound foundation for the increase of farmers’ income.

In Yongxing county, 14 smelting companies outside of the industrial parks were closed via integration, union with stronger companies, and technological innovation, whole 23 ones were integrated into the industrial park, which greatly improved the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. Yi Pengfei said Yongxing county should pay great attention on environment protection along its industrial development; more attention should be paid on top-level design to control the industrial planning and scale; closing and integration of enterprises should be promoted to guide the enterprises to be gathered in the industrial park; and the measures of environment protection should be well handled by the enterprises and stricter monitoring work should be handled by the environment protection departments as well.

Electronic information industry was being improved rapidly by Zixing city, listing as one of the three key leading industries of the industrial park. Xinjinghong Electronics realized the complete machinery and automatic manufacturing from single component and manual manufacturing via technological innovation. Yi Pengfei stated that the enterprises should try best to establish their brands; should enhance the cultivation of talents; and should support the improvement of institutions and labs of enterprises to materialize the commercialization of researches and technological industrialization.

Lianshan Villa which is located in Hetou village, Xifengdu, Suxian district is a leisure farm with the functions of leisure agriculture, rural tourism, seedling, plantation of vegetable and fruit, and marketing. It is adjacent to Xihe Water Ecology Landscape Belt. Yi Pengfei said planning and infrastructure should be improved by harmonizing with surrounded environment.

On his visit of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, the purchasing businesses of copper and non-standard silver have been carried out on Hunan International Mineral Exchange Center which was worked with Amer Group. It was estimated the total trading volume can be amounted to 10billion yuan. Yi stated that the leading role of Chenzhou High-tech Zone should be further played to attract more investments and projects.

On visiting Guiyang Shennong Bee Ecology Farm, Dongguan Guiyang Industrial Park, Churong Technology, and other projects, Yi stated that the projects should be settled down sooner and more enterprises should be introduced into the county by improving its capacity of undertaking industrial transfer. Yi Pengfei and the team members tasted the new products launched by Jingxiang Food & Drink Company on their investigation trip. He encouraged the principal of the company to popularize their brands and enrich the categories of products, and then improve the company to be more powerful.
