Yi Pengfei required on his investigation trip to Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone

It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone to check its economic development in the morning of August 17, 2016. As Yi required great efforts should be placed on improving the development of industrial parks and industries with real effects.

Yi and his investigation team visited Guosheng Graphite, Chuangjing Environmental Protection, first phase of Gem Industrial Park, shopping centre of cross-board commodities, and other projects and checked relative work.

From the beginning of 2016, Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone kept stable improvement. From this January to July, the added value of scale industry was amounted to 8.24billion yuan, up 7.8%; fixed assets investment reached 6.1billion yuan, up 21.3%; the tax payment hit 492million yuan, up 24.2%; and 44 projects covered with 24.28billion yuan were signed with Amer Group, Huahan Technology, and other companies.

After listening to the speeches delivered by the attendees, Yi Pengfei stated that new changes, new projects, and new improvements were gained by Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone currently. But there were also some problems there such as lacking of powerful enterprises, big projects, real investments, and breakthroughs and changes on transformation development. So all departments should keep improving the work based on the problems and promote development accordingly.

Concerned for the economic improvement of industrial parks, Yi Pengfei stated following five points: firstly, the whole city should be aware of the relationship among industrial parks, industries, and the economy of Chenzhou city; should try all efforts to promote the improvement of industrial parks and industries with real effects; and should focus on the industrial parks to promote economic transformation, improvement of industries, and development of industrial parks.

Secondly, the whole city should be aware of the scientific development, "two-oriented" development, and real development to upgrade the quality, effect, and continuity of development. The key point concerned for the scientific development is scientific planning. With the sound planning, the industrial park can be improved more fluently for long term. Closer checking should be placed on investment attraction on the process of "two-oriented" development. The layout should not affect the enterprises and the lands should be utilized economically. Concerned for the real and effective development, closer attention should be paid on the fiscal contribution and employment of the industrial development, and the competitiveness of industries and enterprises products should be upgraded as well.

Thirdly, more efforts should be tried on structural reform in supply front, especially implementing the requirements of reform on the reform of industrial parks. The requirments listed by the central government should be well implemented, especially making up the shortage of industrial development and industrial transformation and achieving more results on saving cost, improving service, and etc.

Fourthly, investment attraction and introduction of enterprises should be further improved to attract more projects to be settled down in the industrial parks.

Fifthly, the construction of team, working style, and clean administration should be further improved to promote the work with better working style.
