1. In 2010, breed 2,000 groups x 12 wings of Heifeng black-bone green-shell breeding hens; reproduce 176,000 wings of “Wuling Brand” Heifeng black-bone green-shell hens by the end of 2010. 2. In 2010, build a 8,000m2 henhouse which can hold 200,000 wings of hens and a 1, 000m2 chicken coop for breeding chicks.

3. Build biomass pools and water and power installations.

4. Purchase egg cleaning machines, automatic packing line and other facilities.
