In this National Day holiday, the traditional farming tools exhibition held by Wuxi village, Liangtian town, Suxian district attracted many visitors.

When reporters arrived at the exhibition room, over 50 kinds of farming tools as windmill, stone mill, stone mortar, plow harrow, rice huller, and etc. were being displayed there. The tools for almost all the agricultural production processes as farming, seeding, irrigation, harvesting, and etc. were covered into the exhibition. Rice huller which was well protected by the villagers can still be used for polishing the rice. Many visitors queued there to enjoy it. It was introduced by Liao Maohai- Secretary of Village Party that because of the improvement of agricultural technologies, some of the traditional tools were gradually abandoned. But some villagers cherished the precious spirit of their ancestors, so they were reluctant to throw them away. On this point, the village decided to collect all the tools and hold this exhibition free for visitors.
