It was learned from Hunan Agriculture Industry Commission that Rucheng Dongsheng Highland Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperation was awarded as 2016 Hunan provincial demonstration.

It was introduced that Rucheng Dongsheng Highland Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperation was established in September, 2011. Now, there are 107 members and 680mu production bases available for it. It is mainly on the production and processing of mandarin, crystal pear, honeysuckle, palm, peach, watermelon, and etc. The products are sold to Shaoguan, Chenzhou, and Ganzhou cities. In the last three years, the total output value of the professional cooperation reached 1.79million yuan, 2.34million yuan, and 5.24million yuan respectively. It helped 56 poverty stricken people of 19 families to be lifted out of poverty and gained sound economic and social effects.

In recent years, Rucheng county guided local people to improve the professional cooperation on vegetable, bamboo, fruit, husbandry, tea, and some other industries, which helped to establish series professional cooperation with regulated management, powerful driving forces, and branded operation. Till now, 337 professional cooperation were registered and set up in Rucheng county, including one national professional cooperation demonstration and 7 Hunan provincial demonstrations.
