Chenzhou Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sany Group and its subsidiary Sany Renewable Energy with an investment amount of 20 billion yuan on March 17. 

 

At the signing ceremony, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on cooperation.

 

 

There is a sound foundation for cooperation between the two sides. Since Sany Construction Industry and a component manufacturing industrial park of Sany Heavy Industry settled in Anren County, Chenzhou City in 2018, the two have become a crucial part in the group’s industrial chain. 

 

From the beginning of this year, Sany Group has been committed to building itself into a benchmark of the advanced manufacturing industry, and further increased its investment in Hunan.

 

 

The investment in Chenzhou this time includes a 2-billion-yuan intelligent manufacturing industrial park, a lighthouse factory for wind power equipment manufacturing, an 18-billion-yuan wind farm, of which 3 billion yuan came from foreign investment.

 

The two sides only took 10 days to reach cooperation, showing an eagerness for cooperation and great confidence about the prospect.

 

On March 16, one day before the signing, Sany completed the registration of the first two companies in Chenzhou. The one is Sany Renewable Energy (Chenzhou) Co. with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, and the other is Sany Energy Technology (Chenzhou) Co. with a registered capital of US $500 million.

 

As a world famous engineering equipment manufacturer, Sany produces a full range of products, including construction machinery, wind power equipment, port handling machinery and petroleum equipment. 

 

The group has set up industrial parks in Changsha, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Kunshan, Zhuhai and Urumqi, as well as R&D and manufacturing centers in India, the United States, Germany and Brazil, covering more than 150 countries and regions around the world.
