It was learned from Chenzhou Development and Reform Commission that 22billion yuan was planned to be placed on the construction of transportation networks, energy networks, information networks and water conservancy networks to promote the upgrading of infrastructures.

Chenzhou city would enhance the construction of transportation hub city and some key projects of railway, highway and waterway to reach the interflow and seamless connection among different modes of transportation. It would pay special attention on the preparation work for series major projects as Chenzhou airport, Gui-Yong-Chen-Gan and Jing (Zhou) Yong-Chen-Gan railway, Chenzhou track traffic, Guixin expressway, Linlian expressway, Huangchang expressway, and etc. Interflow of Jinggang’ao expressway and Chenzhou Bei, reconstruction of Leishui fairway of Suxian section and some other major key projects would be placed much attention and were estimated to be invested over 10billion yuan. At the meantime, wind power, biomass power generation, photovoltaic and some other clear energies would be highlighted to work together with the promotion of construction of energy channels as long-distance pipelines of natural gas, and the construction and monitoring for some major projects as reconstruction of rural electric network would be kept as well. All of those were estimated to be with over 4.2billion yuan investment.

Concerned for the construction of information network and water conservancy network, Chenzhou city planned to place 3.1billion yuan and 4.7billion yuan respectively. 4G wireless network, speed up of broadband, reconstruction of optical and etc. were the priorities among all information network projects. Chenzhou city would fight for the construction of overall coverage of 3G net in urban and rural areas, preliminary scale commercial application of 4G net, overall coverage of WIFI in public areas, exploration of cloud computing platform, key application demonstration of the Internet of Tings and etc. Furthermore, it would place more attention on construction of water reservoir, treatment of “four rivers” and some other key water conservancy projects; would enhance disaster control, electrification of rural hydropower and small hydropower station for fuel project and some other projects; and would keep implementing continued construction of supporting facilities and water-saving reform in irrigation area of Qingshanlong.
