On the afternoon of May 4, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Liu Zhiren and Director of Hunan Space Administration Hu Xuemei and her party exchanged views on the related projects of environmental protection. Liu Zhiren pointed out to consolidate the existing cooperation on the basis of the results, broaden the cooperation with Hunan Space Administration, enhance the level of cooperation, and accelerate the city's environmental governance and industrial transformation.

In 2015, the municipal government and Aerospace Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "PPP Investment Cooperation Framework Agreement" to carry out PPP project cooperation. At present, have conducted a full range of preliminary research on the situation of sewage and garbage in Jiahe ,Guiyang, Rucheng, Linwu, Yizhang and other counties, in which Rucheng County has completed the bid of rural domestic waste pilot project.

At the meeting, Liu Zhiren briefly introduced to Hu Xuemei and her party about the situation of Chenzhou City. Liu Zhiren said, thanks for the support and concern of Hunan Space Administration and Chenzhou will also adhere to the original blueprint in the end. Liu Zhiren pointed out to promote the city's environmental governance by science and technology to provide a good environment for industrial transformation and development. To continue to deepen the cooperation with Hunan Space Administration, actively explore the cooperation in equipment manufacturing, new materials and other areas, expand cooperation areas, enhance the level of cooperation, and promote the implementation of strategy of "innovation lead, open and rise" and "industry-led, comprehensive development"; strengthen the docking with the Aerospace Kaitian, specially strengthen the full range of docking on the introduction of funds, technology, innovation, management, personnel, etc., speed up the construction of environmental management demonstration points to further promote the environmental management work in our city; strengthen the integration with the development of Hunan Space Administration, strengthen the cooperation in science and technology innovation, promote the rise through innovation and promote the industrial development, to build a model for promoting the "five Chenzhou" in our city.

Hu Xuemei said she hoped to further strengthen communication and cooperation with Chenzhou to promote the landing of environmental protection projects.
