On April 7, Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, held talks with Zhang Baizhong, President of Zhuzhou Kibing Group, and the two sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation.

The first phase of photovoltaic glass company and Jiatai Mining Company invested by Zhuzhou Kibing Group in our city were put into operation in 2018, with good operation. At present, the two sides are actively discussing the high-end pharmaceutical glass plain tube project, bottle making project and photovoltaic phase II project to fill the gap in China.

Yi Pengfei said that we should fully support the launch of photovoltaic phase II project. Zhuzhou Kibing Group is a successful example of Chenzhou's investment promotion, which meets the requirements of industrial development, industrial system upgrading, high-quality development and Chenzhou's development.

Yi Pengfei stressed that we should integrate the concept of ecological priority and green development into the thinking, path, link and effect of resource-based industrial development, and break the shackles of mine thinking and mine culture; should develop in strict accordance with the standard of green mine construction and make every effort to improve the effective utilization rate of resources; should enhance the added value of products, introduce powerful enterprises and strengthen planning; should combine the transfer of mineral rights with the industrial system, and keep coordination with the ecological environment to benefit future generations.

Yi Pengfei stressed that we should vigorously and orderly advance according to the expected goal to ensure the realization of the goal. All relevant departments shall arrange the schedule, task table and responsibility table according to the objectives, and compact the responsibilities layer by layer. They shall make every effort to do relevant work, do well in the construction of industry related supporting facilities, provide better services, and guarantee the smooth production and efficiency of the project.

Zhang Baizhong said that since the Kibing Group project was settled in Chenzhou, Chenzhou Municipal Party committee and municipal government have attached great importance to it and made every effort to promote the construction and development of the project. At present, the high-end pharmaceutical glass plain tube project, bottle making project and photovoltaic phase II project are steadily advancing. Zhang Baizhong hoped that Chenzhou Municipal Party committee and municipal government will continue to give support in mineral resources guarantee and natural gas supply, so as to jointly build Zixing into a national neutral boron silicon pharmaceutical packaging material production base.
