Recently, Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, held talks with Wang Yiguo, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Co., Ltd. The two sides held in-depth talks and discussions on photovoltaic power generation projects, and reached consensus on relevant cooperation matters.

China Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in energy conservation, emission reduction, environmental protection and other businesses. In the fields of energy consulting, energy conservation, water affairs, comprehensive utilization of resources, it has formed three business models: contract energy management, BOT and EPC.

Liu Zhiren said that the municipal Party committee and the municipal government will attach great importance to the development of new energy industry, fully support the development of China Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Co., Ltd. in Chenzhou, and create an optimal business environment for the project construction.

Liu Zhiren hoped that the two sides could further deepen exchanges, plan well, finalize projects, make full use of Chenzhou's own resources and support the development of new energy and clean energy; implement Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilization, increase the intensity of energy conservation and emission reduction, and protect the ecological environment; could work together to actively support policy, solve practical problems, and jointly promote the development of photovoltaic power generation; could strengthen all-round cooperation and make joint efforts to achieve win-win results.

Wang Yiguo said he hoped to cooperate with Chenzhou in the field of photovoltaic power generation, participate in the development, utilization and construction of Chenzhou's new energy, and provide strong energy support for Chenzhou's green development.
