These investment plans are conducive to promoting the implementation of special transformation and development projects in resource-based areas such as the comprehensive treatment of key mining subsidence areas in Yongxing City and the upgrading of independent industrial and mining areas in Rucheng tungsten mine.

Since the 13th Five-year Plan, the city has been focusing on accelerating its dependence on resources, striving to realize the transformation of economic development from "underground" to "aboveground", from "black" to "green" and from "smoke" to "smoke-free"; adhering to the synchronization of environmental governance, people's livelihood improvement and economic development, striving for a total of 1.02 billion yuan of central funds for the transformation and development of resource-based regions. The transformation and development projects such as the transformation and development of resource exhausted cities in Zixing, the comprehensive treatment of key mining subsidence areas in Yongxing, and the transformation and upgrading of independent industrial and mining areas in Rucheng tungsten mine were successively implemented, which accelerated the construction of ecological Chenzhou.
