Recently, Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, held talks with Zhang Li, Senior Vice President of Tsinghua Unigroup and President of Xinhua Group in China. The two sides discussed and exchanged views on cooperation in information industry, new smart city, smart transportation, government cloud, and Xinchuang cloud, and reached a consensus on relevant cooperation issues.

On behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, Liu Zhiren welcomed Tsinghua Unigroup to visit and invest in Chenzhou. Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou is the "South Gate" of Hunan Province, with comprehensive opening advantages such as location, transportation, ecology, platform and culture, as well as rich tourism resources. At present, Chenzhou City is implementing the new concept of development, promoting high-quality development, building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, making a decisive battle to overcome poverty alleviation, and making every effort to carry out the work of "six stability" and "six guarantees" to ensure the completion of all work objectives and tasks of this year.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that Tsinghua Unigroup is a powerful enterprise with obvious advantages in science and technology and talents. We hoped to seek cooperation in the construction of the sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zone, give full play to the technological innovation advantages of Tsinghua Unigroup, and strive to solve the technical "bottleneck" restricting the development of Chenzhou; we hoped to strengthen cooperation in the industry, focus on big data, new infrastructure, manufacturing and other aspects, and take the road of win-win development; we hoped to explore cooperation modes in smart government, smart city and smart transportation. At the same time, it was hoped that Tsinghua Unigroup would give priority to Chenzhou in the development layout, strengthen the docking of upstream and downstream products, production and marketing, and promote all-round cooperation between the two sides. Chenzhou will also create the best business environment for the development of enterprises.

Zhang Li said that Tsinghua Unigroup will devote all its efforts to the economic and social development of Chenzhou, give full play to the advantages of talents and R & D, actively seek cooperation in a wider field and deeper degree with Chenzhou, and contribute to the high-quality development of Chenzhou.
