Li Ping and his party successively came to Chenzhou Zhengwei New Materials Science and Technology City project, Cisco (Chenzhou) Vocational Education City and public supporting facilities construction project, Zixing Kibing neutral borosilicate medical glass project, Changxing New Material Technology Co., Ltd. silicon material environmental protection industrial chain project, etc. to understand the project construction situation.

At the consultation forum, the members listened to the report of the person in charge of the enterprise, and carried out a warm consultation and discussion based on the inspection. The committee members fully affirmed the progress of the key projects and put forward opinions and suggestions on the existing problems and difficulties.

Li Ping pointed out that we should pay close attention to the relevant work of Zhengwei new materials science and technology city project and strive to achieve the expected goal. It was suggested that the municipal government should study and decide on the relevant issues reported by the Suxian District government as soon as possible. After the investors have completed the relevant feasibility study report, it was suggested that the examination and approval of higher vocational (specialized) majors be included in the "14th Five Year Plan", and report to the provincial government and the provincial department of education as soon as possible, so as to strive for early approval. The government of Suxian District should study and solve the problems related to land acquisition and demolition in time, and complete the land adjustment and approval of main buildings together with the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning as soon as possible, and strive to list the name and start construction as soon as possible.
