On the afternoon of August 20, our city held a signing ceremony of "Gasification Chenzhou" cooperation framework agreement with PetroChina Kunlun Gas Hunan Branch. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Chen Xiaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of PetroChina Kunlun Gas Hunan Branch, witnessed the signing of the contract and exchanged views on relevant cooperation issues.

According to the agreement, Kunlun Gas Hunan Branch will take advantage of PetroChina's brand and value, resource guarantee, branch pipeline network, safety management and other advantages to provide Chenzhou with planning and design services, branch pipeline construction, gas terminal investment, comprehensive energy services, deployment of public transportation and gasification projects, and accelerate the construction of "Gasification Chenzhou".

Liu Zhiren thanked Kunlun Gas Hunan Branch for its long-term concern and support for Chenzhou's development. Liu Zhiren said that the gas supply is related to the high-quality development of Chenzhou industry and the improvement of people's livelihood. The successful signing of the strategic framework agreement is the first step in the long-term cooperation between the two sides. It is necessary to deepen cooperation according to the framework agreement and effectively achieve results on the spot; all relevant units should formulate specific implementation measures to ensure the implementation of the cooperation; formulate work plans and road maps to promote the early commencement, early construction and early effect of the project; create a good environment for the development of Kunlun Gas in Chenzhou to achieve win-win development. It was hoped that Kunlun Gas could give full play to its own advantages, accelerate the construction of "Gasification Chenzhou", and provide solid energy guarantee for the high-quality development of Chenzhou.

Chen Xiaohui said that Chenzhou has always adhered to the original intention and mission of "putting people's livelihood first" into practice. Kunlun Gas will fully guarantee the natural gas supply in Chenzhou and transport natural gas at reasonable and preferential prices; it will participate in the natural gas planning of Chenzhou, build a natural gas ecosystem, and serve the development of Chenzhou industry and people's livelihood.
